MeetScoreSheet is a digital take on the analog version of track meet result-recording that occurs at small-scale meets saving your team time and resources. No more stopwatches and timing slips or hours spent entering data after the meet. MeetScoreSheet offers three modes to enable real-time recording and viewing of meet results - to oversee result entry and scoring as a meet manager, to collaboratively record results for running or field events in real-time as a timer or field event clerk, or to view and save results of your favorite athletes as a team member or coach.

As a meet manager, you will be able to start a new meet with a customized list of events for your team. Since customizations are saved in your user settings, only the opposing team names need to be entered at the start of each meet before generating a meet code. Once a unique meet code is generated, all the timers and field event clerks can join the meet to collaboratively record the results in real-time. Meet code generations are an in-app purchase that can be made either individually or as a bundle. Meet codes are only valid on the date that they are generated and cannot be reused once the meet has been ended within the app. At the start of each race, just enter the race details from your customizations which will sync with the racer details entered by the result recorders. As a meet manager, you will also have the ability to make edits to the results in real-time, to decide on scoring options, to export a .csv file of the results, and to end the meet which disables further results from being recorded. With the Roster Scanner add-on, the meet manager can also scan a team roster and link it to a team in the current meet to allow for the autofill of names based on age group and gender.

There are three methods for recording results - as a sprint timer, a distance timer/recorder, or as a field event clerk. For sprint races, one timer per lane is needed to time each race and enter the racer details. For distance races, at least two timers are needed - one to log the times as racers finish and another to record the racer details after their time has been logged. Multiple timer and recorder pairs can be used if different genders are selected for each pair. For field events, you just need one clerk per event to enter the event name, athlete details, and record the distance. For all recording methods, users can also use photo-to-text recognition to enter an athlete’s name from a sticker or bib.

MeetScoreSheet also allows you to track the performances of your favorite athletes. Users can search for a meet by date and teams to find results in real-time. Once you find the desired results, save them to your Favorites list for easy tracking of all performances. Results for each athlete can be sorted by date or time/distance for comparison by event.

The default list of events, age groups, and genders covers most youth and high school meets. Additional options can be added by contacting [email protected] with your request.
